INTERVIEW: Tommy Vext of Bad Wolves

Bad Wolves frontman Tommy Vext tackles the first debate, covid, the opioid crisis, and giving back to his fans.

I spoke with Tommy the afternoon after the first Presidential Debate. That debacle was very much on his mind and you can hear us both vent a bit about it. He opens up about his life in Southern California during all the craziness of 2020. What does he think about drive-thru theater concerts and livestreams as an alternative to touring during the coronavirus pandemic? What do the band’s efforts to fight the opioid epidemic mean to him? And how Bad Wolves’ fans can win their piece of $25,000 on social media by sharing stories of overcoming struggles.

Some of our conversation about drug addiction centered on Bad Wolves’ involvement with the indie filmĀ SNO BABIES that just came out this week. And Tommy contributing vocals to SIXX:A.M.’s re-recorded “Maybe It’s Time”. Check out that song and get more info about the film here.
