With ‘Medicine at Midnight’ a month away, Foo Fighters share a new dose of the RAWK.
“Shame Shame” is a solid track, don’t get me wrong. But it’s not exactly the heaviest or loudest lead single from a Foo Fighters record. That’s why I’m so glad the Foos dropped “No Son Of Mine” over New Year’s. This song just plain RIPS.
Here’s what Dave had to say about the lyrics:
“This is the kind of song that just resides in all of us and if it makes sense at the time, we let it out. Lyrically it’s meant to poke at the hypocrisy of self righteous leaders, people that are guilty of committing the crimes they’re supposedly against…”
I’m a little more psyched for Medicine At Midnight. The new Foo Fighters album drops February 5.
