Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister had a unique idea about what should be done with his cremains…
One of rock’s most legendary figures left something very METAL for the people he cared for. Lemmy had his ashes encased in BULLETS that were then given to his closest friends after he died.
On Monday, Riki Rachtman (former host of MTV’s Headbangers Ball) shared a pic of the bullet on Twitter.
Before his death #Lemmy asked for his ashes to be put in some bullets & handed out to his closest friends Today I received a bullet & was literally brought to tears Thank you @myMotorhead pic.twitter.com/gnI9aWe4iU

The casing is engraved with the name ‘Lemmy’ and placed on a black cushion in a translucent box. Rachtman wrote, “Today, I received a bullet & was literally brought to tears. Thank you, @myMotorhead.”
Lemmy died in 2015 from prostate cancer and heart failure. What’s a special wish a loved one wanted to be done after they died? Or a cool/unique way you remember a close friend or family member?
